2nd Training Day and everything went well. I had a very ordinary lunch - just in the food court of the supermart Big C. Good food at low price. I had some Thai noodle and also mango with sticky rice. So good ~
Then work continued in the afternoon. After a satisfying lunch, I was sleepy during the training so sometimes I just didn't know what I said =P Luckily, time flies and I could left at 7pm. To reward myself for a tiring day, I had my dinner in the Thai restaurant of Four Seasons Hotel.
Another example of name overrides food quality. The reastuarant was renovated as a old fashioned warehouse and the staff was nice. But the main problem was the food - high price but the food quality was just average.
I ordered a set menu. Although the listed items on the menu was long, but since the portion was very small, the food could be summarize as: appetizer, soup, main course - 5 dishes and some rice, dessert combo (actually it's 5 types of Thai dessert - not delicious ones). With a drink I ordered separately, it cost me about 1,200 Baht. A very full but expensive meal. Not very satisfying ...
Oh~ almost forgot. Before I had my expensive dinner, I shopped in "Central". As a HK woman, I bought what a woman should buy, and also some fruit from the supermarket. I got 2 BIG mangoes and some Lai Chee.
