The world´s first large-scale wire-cutting EDM machine
Japan Sodickdrill edm (the Sodick) will launch a high-precision machining by linear motor drive wire-cutting EDM machine "AQ900LPremium"。 Standard with a high-speed power unit for effective cutting diameter 0。25 mm， drive speed of 360mm2 / LQ33W。 Apply to the processing used in the manufacture of car dashboards， bumpers and large-screen TV， large metal mold。 Price of 33。6 million yen (tax included) from the。

4 in the X / Y / U / V axis with linear motor of the company´s production。 And UV-axis stroke lengthened to 920 × 620mm。 Which can improve the processing of the large plate thickness and the security processing of wide-angle gradient。 When the plate thickness is 150mm， gradient processing angle of ± 30 °。

With the system can withstand temperature changes， even if the room temperature fluctuated around 10 ℃， but also to ensure stable processing。 In addition， also equipped with high speed automatic winding wire electrode of the electrode wire output the Ministry of maximum 20kg and cut off the wire electrode discharge device， as well as for the processing of the large plate thickness and electrode wire wiring device。 Thus achieve a continuous automatic precision operation。 This is the world´s first to achieve the above functions of large Wire EDM machines。
