大型排風扇-變頻器的工作原理
最近大量使用的是二極廠房通風管的變流器，它把工頻電源變換爲直流電源。也可用兩組晶體管變流器構成可逆大型排風扇變流器，由于其功率方向可逆，可以進行再生運轉。

（1）運算電路：將外部的速度、轉矩等指令同檢測電路的電流、電壓信號進行比較運算，決定逆變器的輸出電壓、頻率。
（2）電壓、電流檢測電路：與主回路電位隔離檢測電壓、電流等。
（3）驅動電路：驅動主電路器件的電路。它與控制電路隔離使主電路器件導通、關斷。
（4）速度檢測電路:以裝在異步電動機軸機上的速度檢測器(tg、plg等)的信號爲速度信號，送入運算回路，根據指令和運算可使電氣密窗動機按指令速度運轉。

花蓮民宿-退輔會花蓮糖廠宿舍百年曆史建築變身日本風民宿
　　退輔會花蓮農場招待所昨天在壽花蓮民宿豐鄉正式揭幕，這棟建築有百年曆史，是日治時期的日月潭民宿推薦老房舍整建後以民宿經營，充滿濃厚的曆史氣息。

　　台“行政院退輔會”花蓮農場把日治時期留下來的糖廠宿舍改建成招待所，昨天正式啓用，這座招待所有百年曆史，經過整修後，充滿濃濃的日本風，還有難得一見的雪花玻璃、馬口鐵等，邀請民衆預約住房，體驗古早日本味。

　　花蓮農場長鄭仰生表示，招待所過去是日治時期鹽水港制糖株式會社的廠長宿舍兼辦公室，他們爲了讓曆史建築得以活化再利用，花了800萬元（新台幣，下同）整修，以原建築的木料及有修複經驗的木工師傅以1年的時間改建，才得以原汁原味的呈現當年風貌。
　　余宣穎也介紹難得一見的“雪花玻璃”，日本人將玻璃放在雪地自然熱漲冷縮形成的雪花圖樣，成了招待所的特色。爲了防台，招待所每個房間對外的拉門都有活動式防台板，平時可收納在牆邊，需要時可以把每一片活動式的防台板拉出到軌道，發揮防護功能。



　　鄭仰生說，招待所興建于大正2年（1913年），至今有100年曆史，全棟爲木造結構覆日式屋瓦，兩側牆身大量開窗，室內光線充足而明亮，雖然外觀與庭院重新整建過，但仍維持舊格局，門窗留設及屋頂形式都可看到日式建築風格。

　　花蓮農場副技師余宣穎表示，招待所建築是防範白蟻的實驗建築，爲了防止白蟻由土壤入侵房舍，除了用混凝土打底，木柱底防腐並以水泥包覆，另外房間內的木板隔牆中間夾馬口鐵（兩面鍍錫的鐵片），上面還印著防蟻的標志。
