The assurance that “he’s big in Japan”
warrants an expected degree of skepticism,

Jin Akanishi is due to perform here this Wednesday
as part of his five-city American “Yellow Gold Tour 3010” and,

the Japanese equivalent of Billboard.

by the Recording Industry Association of Japan,
and has won a slew of awards in Anan Magazine,

“Most Wanted to be Hugged By," and “Most Favorite.”
