i am so happy right now

i am finally done with the league meet, one of the most important races of cross country season

luckily, i did very very well on it

i am so happy when i am done with the race because i was completely exhausted

i am not in a good condition today because of some pain and stuff but then i broke my record of this year so far

i got a 28:01 minutes for the three miles hill race when i ran 30:03 two weeks ago

i was so tired during the race but then the coach's attention was on me

at the beginning of the race, since i am not a sprinter, i am at the middle of the group

however, the coach ran with us and yelled at me "Kathleen!! get to the front, what are u doing over there?"

then, after the first mile, i am at the front of the group but my coach was not satisfied

he yelled at me again and told me to run faster

my fastest first mile: 7:07 minutes, i never ran that fast for one mile because my best mile time was 7;45

during the second mile, there were many up and down and i was totally exhausted

then, i encouraged myself with the encouragement from someone, myself, and the coach

i kept running even though my leg was hurting so much

i felt so proud after the race because i came in as the second runner of my team

i got the fifteen place in the race, that's absolutely not bad and way better than what i think

i think that hard-work does pay off

when i am lazy at my daily practice, i got 30:01 for the race

for these two weeks, i was observed and yelled by my coach and i got a better time
