Chapter one   Upset Village

Once upon a time, there was a village near River Nile called 'Upset Village'. All people lived in the village were very unhappy of their life. The sun didn’t rise and it rained there every day. The captain of the village, Promise, was a very smart boy. He was very nice too. He had a dog called Bow-Wow.  He also had an assistant called Anthony. There was a bratty woman called Sally. She was a fussy, nosey, bossy, lazy, crazy and noisy person. She got angry easily. She had only one child called Johnny. Johnny was very different from her mother. He was very clever, hard-working, honest, patient, quiet and obedient. He never does bad things. And, he always follows the people who were good and did good things. But he never has a smile on his face.

One day, the heavy rain and the loud thunder woke Daniel up. He thought, ‘this is an unlucky omen! I may forget to do something.’ Although he was clever, he was blind faith. He believed in many gods. He visited the temple twice a week. He worshipped the god of the underworld called Osiris. ‘Bring! Bring! Bring!’ The cause sound spread to his ear. In fact, Daniel was a forgetful person that he only remembered things in the morning. He had a psychosis. He sometimes becomes insane in his home. He used drugs too. At that moment, He realised that the king of the Western Chou Dynasty visited there on that day. The king was called Chou-waihung. (He was the ‘Chow Tin Tsz’.) He forced a monk to go with him, the monk was called ‘Luk Cho Wai Neng’. He was a tyrant in the Western Chou Dynasty. There was no love in his eyes. He ordered the people to work hardly for him, so all the people in the Western Chou Dynasty were execrated him very much.
