　　申請前查詢的作用是找出類似或相同並對申請有影響的已申請/注冊的商標。

　　此費用包括在商標注冊署進行商標查詢､分析和報告查詢結果以及提供建議。

　　Ⅱ.a) FILING OF APPLICATION ,ADVERTISEMENT & REGISTRATION 申請 ,登報及注冊費用

　　(for one trademark one class) (以壹個商標壹個類別計算) $5，000

　　The flat fees includes disbursement, professional service fees of classifying the goods or services, preparing the relevant application form , filing the application and reporting filing particulars, reporting the allowance of publication, preparing for the publication of Government Gazette and 2 newspapers, official fees, reporting acceptance of registration, obtaining and forwarding the Certificate of Registration. The mark will be examined under a “Uniqueness Test”.

　　此費用包括協助申請人選擇申請類別、准備和提交申請、繳付官方費用以及報告申請資料、報告公告(政府憲報及兩份報紙)的許可通知、辦理公告事宜、報告獲准注冊通知、領取及寄上注冊證書以及繳付官方費用。請注意，商標會經過壹個官方“獨特測試”。

　　Validity: TEN (10)years 有效期爲十年。

　　b) NOTARIZATION & LEGALIZATION 公證費 $2，500

　　The fees includes preparation of POA, which will be notarized at the Consulate of UAE.

　　Ⅲ. MISC.(Additional Service Charges 額外服務)

　　a) Drafting, Amending and Filing Arguments 申辯費用(simple argument per case) $400 -$1，300

　　The argument fees may be adjusted based on the complexity of the cases, Separate

　　quotation will be issued for cases involving court proceeding.

　　此費用只限于壹般申辯及會因案件的複雜程度而有所調整。另涉及法院程序的案件會根據個別律師的費用而定，我方將會預先通知。

　　b) Renewal 續期 (for 10 years 有效期十年)

　　i) For one mark one class以壹個商標申請壹個類別計算

　　Government fees and professional service fees 政府及專業費用 $6，150

　　此費用包括提交續期文件及繳付官方費用。

　　c) Change of Address/Name of Applicant 更換申請人名稱或地址 $600

　　此費用包括提交文件、繳付官方費用以及寄上更改啓示。

　　d) Assignment 轉讓

　　費用包括准備有關轉讓文件､提交申請以及繳付官方費用。

　　B. Procedure for applying trade mark registration

　　Ⅰ.A word, logo or both, which is distinctive, can be applied for trademark registration.

　　任何具顯著性的文字､圖案或文字加圖案的標記均可申請注冊。

　　Ⅱ. An availability search is usually recommended to find out whether there is any similar or identical filed/registered marks which may bar your application. After the search, the filing of the mark will be applied in the specified class with up to 10 designated goods or services. There are totally 45 classes. The fees for trademark application is for 10 years and the trademark could be renewed every 10 years.

　　申請前查詢的作用是找出類似或相同並對申請有影響的已申請/注冊的商標。查詢後再分類爲最多十項指定物品或服務，總共有45類。費用爲有效期十年。之後可在到期日或之前，續期十年。

　　Ⅲ. After the filing of the application, the Trademark Office will examine the mark in the application. If the application fulfills the requirement, then the application will be granted by the examiner and the Trademark Office will require the applicant to advertise the trademark details in the Government Gazette and 2 newspapers. If no opposition to the application is filed in 1 month time, the Registry will grant the application and issue the certificate. The time span from filing to obtaining a trademark will normally take approximately 12 months.

　　提交申請後，商標注冊署審查員會對申請作出審查。如申請合乎商標法條例及沒有抵觸其他注冊或已申請注冊的商標，注冊署會發出公告許可證及列明商標獲准注冊所須遵辦的條件。如在公告日期起計之1個月內沒有人提出反對，申請人便可申領注冊證書。由申請日至發出證書需時大約12個月。
