今日係2009年最後一日返工，心情興奮。一連串的節目已編排得密痳痳，我想體力及腸胃應能應付吧。上星期同中大羽毛球隊員晚飯時，得悉其中一位剛退休的波友最近患了肺癌，現在靠中葯來醫治，看來精神不錯。席間我們有共同話題，有點同病相憐之感。自從自己患癌以來，都留意部份身邊的友濟相繼患上，感嘆其實癌症已是香港一種很普遍的病症。是否意味著這都市的人，受到很多不明的因素所影響，如飲食、環境、生活模式•••等等。
我的聖誕願望是希望身體健康，癌症遠離。亦希望大家除注重健康外，還要注意生活的一點一滴，吃有益的，多一點運動。
Today is the last day of 2009 at my working place. Very exciting, because a series of activities are to be taken. Hope that my energy and the stomach could be adapted. During last Friday dinner with CUHK badminton players, I noted that one of them is suffering the Lung cancer. He just retired this Summer. We sit besides and talk much on our illness. He is now cured by chinese medicine. His vitality is not bad although there is a 5cm tumour in his lung.
Since I suffered the cancer, I heard that some one around also suffered. The cancer seems becoming popular!? In my mind, there are many contamination and pollution throughout the city. So that many people suffered different cancer from different factors. Thus, people should take extra care on the genetic, diet, environment pollution, life mode....etc.
My Christmas wish is: health condition is progressively good, the cancer leaves me. And also hope everyone also has the good health, except that, pay more attention on the life quality, eat more helpful food, do more exercises in order to maintain a happy and physique life all the time.
