今日看正電子掃瞄報告，癌細胞擴散至盤腔，發現了一個2.2厘米腫瘤。只有一個方法對付: 化療。這種自費的化療藥六次為一個療程，每三星期一次，而我選擇了下星期三開始第一次。副作用是勁脫髮。相信也須要放至少18星期病假。

Today,  have noted the PET scan report that there is a cancer tumour inside the abdoman in the size of 2.2cm.  Dr. Hui said there was only 1 method to cure: chemotheraphy treatment. This kind of chemo medicine will be paid by the patient. There will be 6 injections in each 3 weeks time.  Totally, I have to apply at least 18 weeks' sick leave.

近日知悉我被一個朋友(現不知是否仍當我是)將我評為一個沒有“誠信”的人。實在摸不著頭腦，我想事情源於三個多月前某天，曾經答允朋友在工作的日子放一天假期去唱k及消遣，及後發覺當天因公事關係，不太方便放假，擬改期作遷就。這個我認為“合理”的改期，對朋友來看是不可原諒的行為，更被評為沒有“誠信。我自問不是一個不重視朋友的人，當然認為朋友的約會是固然重要，但相比公事，就要權衡輕重，作出適當的分配。所以對於被評為沒“誠信”的人，只有感到無可奈何。

今早9時半抵達威院等見許醫生看看上星期的驗血報告。9時半登記後，便去了醫院飯堂早餐(早知要等上一段時間)。11時回到候診室，已經坐滿了人，好不容易才找到兩個位子。已忐忑不安的心更加不自在，越來越緊張起來。在那裡渡過了午飯時間，到了2時20分，整個候診室的人已離去了，只剩下我們兩人。我們也不用醫生召喚便自行到許醫生的診室裡了。這一等，是四小時五十分，打破了以往已經很長的等候時間。也忍不住在許醫生面前訴苦，他也只無奈地應了一句：今天多了很多病人要由他接見。

報告顯示EBV病毒內DNA比正常水平還是高了一些，指標著仍有癌細胞潛伏體內，建議照正電子掃瞄，排期到了星期四下午。得了結果再計劃對計策，很大可能化療是逃不了。

We have 9:30 am appointment at Prince of Wales Hospital this morning, to note the blood report on the EBV disease level.  We arrived at time. After the registration, as we know, we will be waiting a very long time, we go to have breakfast first.  Came back at 11:00 am, the waiting room were full of patients and it was rather difficult to find two seats.  Waiting, waiting and waiting. I felt very uncomfortable and tired and getting worse in the mood, after waiting for 4 hours and 50 minutes.  At 2:20 pm, we are the only two persons in the waiting room.  I walked through Dr. Hui's patient room and he was so embarrassed and just said: I have many patients to meet today.   

The blood test result showed the EBV disease was still be detected in a bit high level. Dr. Hui arranged me to have a PET scan on coming Thursday.  After the scan, will find methods how to cure the cancer again......
