今天是入夏以來最熱的一天，氣溫高達35度，真係差點熱到溶了。睡到10時多仍好像未夠，吃過一小個麵包後, 坐在沙發上沒多久就有點兒反胃，及感到有點疲累，連忙上床休息一會。只是躺在床上閉目, 並沒有睡著，下午2時，反胃情況沒了。出外午膳後往曦曦家。昨晚帶了然然去了奶奶家，他並沒有像半年前的害羞怕見陌生人，還主動和黃氏家人玩樂，逗得大家都很開心。

Today is the hottest day since the summer comes. The degree is 35C. I woke up at 10 am and seemed not sufficient.   I've a light breakfast at home. Then, I felt the stomache and lied down on bed.  Until 2 pm, wake up and go to lunch. After lunch, went to visit Hei Hei and Yin Yin.

Last night, brought Yin yin to mother-in-law's home to meet with Wong's family.  Yin Yin was performed well, at least he didn't shined like half year ago when he was 1 year old. He initially play with adults and made us happy and pleasure.

由七月踏入八月，相信是夏天最酷熱的時候。這幾天氣溫是32-34度，早上出門太陽伯伯已把頭頂焊熟，中午出外午膳更是差不多燒熟了。因為室內冷氣關係, 又要穿著外套，一不小心真的很易病倒呢。

同事垂死的老公因為看了中醫食了中葯, 暫時情況比較穩定, 未有即是危險, 腎功能有了進展，仍未能自行呼吸。中醫有時就是那麼有力量，在很多情況下也可有效地拯救及提高存活率。昨晚百厭的庭熙不肯吃飯，要媽媽不斷的氹, 才吃一、兩口，常要摟著離開餐椅，還將桌上的東西掃到地上，當然被媽媽狠狠的教訓吧。雖然如此 •他是個甚精靈的小孩，當我們離開的時候，他曉得走進房間替我們拿手袋，出門時又拿鞋子給我們，還有送上吻別呢。

From July to August, it is really summer time with hot weather, 32-34 degree recent days eventhough in the morning.  At noon, the sun shines very very... bright and our heads are nearly overburn.  However, we feel cold in the air conditioned office. It'll be easy to catch cold.

My colleague's husband (who was told to be died last week) has been advised to take chinese medicine. The situation is better. His kidney's status is also improved although he still can't breathe himself.  Chinese medicine is most of time reliable and save many lives indeed.

Yesterday, we met Ting Hei. He didn't like to eat congee. His mother tried very hard to feed him. Also, he spreads all the things from table to the floor and got his mother's cool publishment.  Although he's naughty, he is very clever. When I and sister were ready to leave, he brought our handbags from rooms, and also brought us our shoes.  Last, he knows to kiss us for a bye.

雖然掛著3號風球，仍無損昨晚的網球運動，在颱風的微力影響下, 陣陣涼風, 天氣還沒有前兩天那麼悶熱呢。

今午雖然天氣仍是不大穩定, 下午還是乘地鐵去了深圳一敞。目的地是比較新建設的南山區海岸城，不過該地段距離市中心比較遠, 從落馬洲乘地鐵也要17個站，到達已是差不多3時了。吃了一個簡單的麵餐，便開始逛逛海岸城。除了是一個很大的商場外，還有一個溜冰場，面積差不多是又一城的雙倍，也有中森明菜日本餐廳。有一間百貨公司在地庫，一間可容納500人的自助餐廳大飽口福(The Tasty Buffet)，今晚我們的晚餐就在這裡。

8時半左右回程,乘地鐵比較方便，只是等車及轉線須時， 回家已是10時半了。

We went to Shenzhen Coastal city in the afternoon of today. There is a new district developed in shenzhen.  Where there is a large shopping mall including ice skating area, buffet restaurant (with over 500 seats), JUSCO department store... However, it is so far away from the city centre.  We spent over 2 hours going there and 2 hours return.
