“天安”号沉没事件是反民族、反统一的犯罪行为 (Incident of Sunken “Cheonan” Is Anti-national, Anti-reunification Crime)

南朝鲜执政势力发表所谓“调查结果”说，在朝鲜西海发生的南朝鲜舰艇沉没原因在于“北朝鲜的鱼雷攻击”，紧接着大肆进行反朝对抗活动，因而使本来紧张的朝鲜半岛局势变得更加严重。

李明博“政权”说什么“不辞战争”、“应对措施”、“报复”等，在南朝鲜制造如同战时状态的阴森可怕的气氛，企图伙同外来势力发动战争。

南朝鲜好战势力决定伙同美国在朝鲜西海举行最大规模的“联合防潜艇训练”，还准备全面参加美国在下半年以军事封锁朝鲜为目的举行的“防止扩散大规模杀伤性武器构想”训练。他们还决定在军事分界线一带恢复反对我们共和国的“对北攻心战”，并已着手实行。

就朝鲜半岛周边紧张的形势，朝鲜民主主义人民共和国国防委员会发言人阐明将检查团派往舰艇沉没事件现场的立场，并向南朝鲜当局发出了与此相关的通知。但是，像国际社会界所预测的那样，南朝鲜当局拒不接收检查团。仅看这一点也就很清楚，南朝鲜的“调查结果”果真是客观而科学的吗？

每当危机加深，故意向北方挑衅，鼓吹对抗，这是南朝鲜历届军事“政权”的统治方式和生存方式。从这种意义上讲，现在的南朝鲜当局恰恰迎来了该制造震惊人心事件的“绝好”时机。

目前，南朝鲜李明博“政权”面临着空前的严重危机。

李明博一掌权就提出“韩美同盟万能主义”，推行亲美一边倒政策，使南朝鲜从政治、经济、军事上进一步隶属于美国，变为反人民的政治和法西斯独裁横行的黑暗世界、住不得人的活地狱；因穷凶极恶的反北对抗政策，北南关系到了再也不可扭转的地步。

非常清楚，如果这次舰艇沉没事件被查明为“自行过失”或“原因不明”，民心的愤怒就迫使李明博“政权”也都“沉没”的。

总之，对南朝鲜执政势力来说，摆脱当前危机的唯一出路是将舰艇沉没事件说成“北方的所为”。

在同族之间制造纠葛和不和，从中渔利，是美国惯用的手法。所以美国极力怂恿南朝鲜当局冒险的反朝对抗骚动，是不足为奇的。

“调查结果”刚一发表，美国和南朝鲜当局就不管三七二十一地急于对朝鲜的“制裁”和“应对措施”，这本身就暴露了他们是按照早已编好的脚本行动的。

因此，朝鲜军队和人民对李明博“政权”编造毫无根据的“北方鱼雷攻击说”，欺骗舆论，掀起反朝对抗浪潮的行径，禁不住极大的愤怒。

就朝鲜半岛出现的严重事态，朝鲜政府通过朝鲜民主主义人民共和国国防委员会发言人声明、祖国和平统一委员会发言人谈话、朝鲜人民军总参某部重大通告和外务省发言人谈话，阐明了为国家和民族安全的果断的原则立场。

平壤和地方城市分别举行了揭露和谴责美国和李明博“政权”反朝对抗阴谋诡计的群众大会。

李明博“政权”践踏全民族的统一愿望，把北南关系终于引向全面破产局面的反民族罪行，激起朝鲜人民和世界进步人民一致的诅咒和谴责。

南朝鲜当局伙同外来势力制造北南关系史上未曾有过的军事阴谋诡计，肆行反朝对抗活动的愚蠢行径，必将付出昂贵的代价。

Incident of Sunken “Cheonan” Is Anti-national, Anti-reunification Crime

After releasing the “results of investigation” that ascribed the cause for the sinking of a south Korean warship in the West Sea of Korea to a “torpedo attack by north Korea”, the south Korean ruling forces are more hellbent on anti-DPRK moves, aggravating the tense situation on the Korean peninsula.

The Lee Myung Bak “regime” is creating a warlike atmosphere in south Korea, talking about “going to war”, “countermeasures” and “retaliation”. It is scheming to bring in the dark clouds of war in collusion with outside forces.

The south Korean bellicose forces decided to stage the largest-scale “antisubmarine exercise” with the US military in the West Sea of Korea and intend to fully join the “PSI” drill to be conducted by the US with a purpose of blockading the DPRK militarily in the latter half of this year. They have already decided to resume the “psychological warfare against the north” in the area along the Military Demarcation Line and set to its implementation.

As to the tense situation in and around the Korean peninsula a spokesman for the DPRK National Defence Commission clarified its stand to dispatch an inspection team to the scene of the sunken warship and sent a notice to the south Korean authorities. As predicted by the international community, the south Korean authorities refused to take in the inspection team. This alone gave a clear-cut answer to the question of whether the “results of investigation” of south Korea are really objective and scientific or not.

It is the mode of ruling and mode of existence of the successive south Korean military “regimes” to find fault with the fellow countrymen and stir up confrontation whenever a crisis grows. In the light of this, it can be said that the south Korean authorities greet the best time to fabricate a shocking incident.

Now the Lee Myung Bak “regime” faces an unprecedented crisis.

From the outset of its advent it indulged in dependence on the US, prattling about “almighty south Korea-US alliance”. As a result, south Korea became more subjugated politically, economically and militarily by the US and turned into a theatre of anti-people misgovernment and fascist dictatorship and a living hell. Due to the reckless anti-DPRK policy of the south Korean “regime” inter-Korean relations have reached the worst phase with no room for repairing them.

If the sinking of the warship is adjudged to come from a “self-made mistake” or “unknown cause”, it is very clear that the public furor will “sink” the Lee Myung Bak “regime”.

After all, it was a way out of the present crisis for the south Korean ruling forces to attribute the sinking of the warship to the “north’s deed”.

It is inevitable that the US, which regards it as a customary method to fish in troubled waters by creating conflict and discord among the fellow countrymen, is abetting the south Korean authorities in the slapdash anti-DPRK smear campaign.

Immediately after releasing the “results of investigation” the US and the south Korean authorities clamour about “sanctions” and “countermeasures” against the DPRK. This tells that they act according to the already-made detailed scenario.

Therefore, the Korean army and people are consumed with surging indignation and hatred towards the Lee Myung Bak “regime” which is kicking off an anti-DPRK row by fabricating the “theory of the north’s torpedo attack” and misleading the public opinion.

As regards the grave situation created on the Korean peninsula the DPRK government clarified its resolute and principled stand for the security of the country and nation through the statements released by spokesmen for the DPRK National Defence Commission, the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea and the Foreign Ministry and a crucial notice issued by the General Staff of the Korean People’s Army.

Mass rallies took place in Pyongyang and the provinces to denounce the US and the Lee Myung Bak “regime” for their smear campaign against the DPRK and moves to escalate confrontation with it.

The anti-national crime of the Lee Myung Bak “regime” which has ridden roughshod over the desire of the entire nation for reunification and driven inter-Korean relations into an overall ruin arouses unanimous curses and condemnation of the progressive peoples of the world as well as the Korean people.

The south Korean authorities which cooked up a military farce unprecedented in the history of inter-Korean relations and carry out the vicious anti-DPRK schemes in collusion with outside forces will pay dearly for their imprudent acts.
