Somehow, i wanna start some topics talk about, the REALITY...
The first topic - Loyalty
Spiritually, some people would beautify it as, e.g. kind of professional ethics, moral, wisdom, intelligence, or even virtue...
These kinds of things are meaningless if you aren't stupid enough to treat them as positive-only adjectives...
In my point of view, i would try to trace for the reasons, analyse it, objectively, scientifically:
Opportunity -> it's a degree of conditions, e.g. how luckiness, how many chances, of the person could, or willing to, put himself under the exposure of, choices.
Laziness -> desire of changing the existing state, when there are choices, how much marginal gain would make you execute the change.
Stupidity -> wrong decision made by lack of enough consideration, might lead to stay, or lead to leave.
High Opportunity, will lead to hesitate, think, consider, then choose. No matter how steel strong is one mind, they must at least do the above.
Laziness, when the marginal gain is high enough, human will change~ Gain in satisfaction of desire, the gain might be anything you think it's important... e.g. richer, or a feeling lead you think you are much ethical (when loyal not equal to ethical), much wisdom, much intelligent... etc.
But in fact, i think the most critical element is stupidity... Do you think you won't regret, will you gain the things you desire... to be loyal?
When you come out a conclusion, choosing loyal or not loyal, eventually, you will treat it as a faith to yourself... believe... only...
However, human, will never have enough information to................
