自家製 XO 醬，好味道！

XO 醬，有時貴小小去酒店食飯，又或者你有近親結婚設宴，主家席哪裏都會有 XO 醬奉上。酒店那些當然是自家製的。如果你不想那麼麻煩的話，市面上那些，什麼淘X，李XX 等都有現成的買，超市，市場那些雜貨店就會有。

不過現成的，有時可能會加上一些食用色素，防腐劑等添加劑，所以如果想健康一點也可以自己弄。材料不外乎是辣椒（指天椒）、干貝、蝦米、乾蔥（紅蔥頭）、蒜蓉、乾紅椒等。你自己添加一些喜歡的材料，例如喜歡麻辣的，可以加入花椒、藤椒、或者是麻椒，讓麻那個感覺大一點，當然不能吃太辣的，可以改用大椒來代替指天椒，這樣辣的口感又不會那麼強烈。

當然做法，線上有很多影片，讀者可以自行探索，這裏就不詳解了！做完之後記得封存放入雪櫃，儘快吃完，否則就會壞的！

我應多久清潔家居一次？

在新冠肺炎疫情時，我相信很多人都會問這個問題。不過因為內地、香港、台灣等地區曾經有過 SARS 的經驗，當這個新冠肺炎爆發時，很多人會自動使用例如酒精，或者 1:99 漂白水來清潔家居。不過如果家中有小朋友，又或者有飼養寵物的話，好像不太適合。在這個時候他們選購一些殺菌的消毒用品，例如消毒噴霧來進行家居清潔。

至於多久一次，美國有醫生建議每日一次，尤其一些經常有人接觸的地方，如門把，電燈按鈕等。這樣就能防止病毒經接觸來進行傳播了！

不是所有寵物都適合寵物酒店

香港住屋地方細小，生活節奏急速；再加上一般打工仔利用上十個小時去工作，就算偶爾放假，他們都情願去旅行度假，導致無暇照顧家中的寵物。遇上這個情況，有些人會選擇將寵物送到寵物酒店，或找朋友、親戚代勞照顧。

不過有做寵物保姆的朋友 Angela 就說，不是每隻寵物都適合去寵物酒店的。她稱試過有個案指因狗狗本身比較容易緊張及焦慮，去到寵物酒店後，不斷吠叫，最終弄至失聲！現在想起來都覺得牠可憐。她續說，一般的寵物酒店，狗狗會被困在一個細小籠裡面，走動空間非常狹小，再加上有其他寵物，可容易會感染疾病，或被寄生蟲入侵，所以建議飼主還是留待寵物在家，找寵物保姆上門代勞更為方便！

年尾在 live house 舉行派對嗎？

算一算2019年只剩下一個月，在香港這個大環境下，2019年底是否應該舉行一次派對去慶祝一番呢？

2019 年香港的確發生很多事，要在2020年前慶祝一番也無可口非。有些人常常覺得香港沒有自由，但問題是那些人究竟要什麼自由呢？近期筆者閱讀過一篇文章，講述有些港人因為近期環境而選擇移民，以為外國「月光特別圓」，不過那篇文章就說，在一些地方（例如，房屋，土地方面）有些國家對屋內裝修，或住宅租賃方面都有很多限制，譬如說業主想將房屋租賃是需要社區的允許的。而在澳洲悉尼，如所屬物業的後院、前院的草長過某個高度的話，業主就有機會被罰。

所以自由是沒有絕對的，是有限制的。如沒有限制的自由，其實就是濫用自由！筆者希望那些所謂追求自由的人士真的要清楚了解什麼是自由，而不是將自己的意志不斷強加別人的頭的！

好了，這些語重心長就說到這裏。年尾派對當然要舉行，問題是在哪裏舉行？對喜歡音樂的人來說，在 live house 舉行就是一個非常適合的地方！在 live house 可以大玩突玩，唱歌到深夜，尤其那些在商業、工業區的 live house 實在是一個很好的選擇。
