一条简单而又经济的健身带能够帮助我们锻炼、加强身体的每一块肌肉。在家中、在办公室，你随时随地都能进行各种练习。

　　1、摆腿练习

　　锻炼部位：臀，大腿，肩部，手臂 

　　准备动作：双手放在身体两侧与肩同宽并分别握住健身带的两端，右脚踩在健身带的中间，左腿向后退一小步成45°角。

　　开始运动：伸直右腿，双手把健身带举过头顶，绷紧你的臀部，同时让你的左腿不断地来回摆动。做一组(30次)，然后换腿练习。

　　2、抬腿练习

　　锻炼部位：臀部，大腿，脊椎

　　准备动作：身体挺直站立，将右腿向后弯曲抬起，用健身带拉住右腿或右脚脚面。

　　开始运动：双手向上抬起，右腿随着抬高，要保持脊椎伸直，背部呈一条线。伸展双臂，放松肩关节，扩展胸部。做一组(15次)，然后换腿练习。

　　3、仰卧练习

　　锻炼部位：腹部

　　准备动作：把健身带绕过桌腿(桌子一定够重)或其他固定物，身体平躺，头部尽量靠近桌腿，膝盖向上弯曲，脚板放平，双手抓住带子两端，并绷紧贴近双耳。

　　开始运动：下巴向胸前靠拢并夹紧双臂。保持双手贴近双耳，慢慢抬起肩部，停顿一段时间，重新开始。

　　4、侧跨练习

　　锻炼部位：臀部

　　准备动作：身体直立，双脚分开与臀同宽。把健身带绕过双腿在脚踝上方系紧。

　　开始运动：保持两膝轻轻弯曲，右脚向右边跨出一大步，然后左脚向右边跨出一小步，注意保持带子紧绷。然后反方向做相同的动作，坚持做一组(15次)。

　　5、牵引练习

　　锻炼部位：背部，肩部

　　准备动作：身体坐在椅子上，双臂伸直，双手拉紧健身带过头，双手保持比肩略宽。

　　开始动作：首先保持双臂伸直，健身带拉紧。然后保持右臂不动，左臂向身体左侧慢慢放低，直到左臂与胸同高，停顿一段时间，然后换右臂练习。双臂交替进行此项练习，每侧进行一组(15次)。

　　Tips　　

　　锻炼的强度可以通过健身带的长度来调节，如果想增加锻炼强度可以抓紧健身带靠中心的位置(带子多余的部分可以缠在手腕上)；相反，如果想降低锻炼强度，抓紧带子靠近两端的部分进行练习即可
