腳臭不宜兩天穿同一雙鞋
 

隨著隆冬的到來，很多市民都穿上了厚重的棉鞋，而進入到腳臭室內後，很少有人能及時換上薄一點的鞋，尤其是對於久坐辦公室的人來說，雙腳更是飽受“又捂又凍”的煎熬。長春市中心醫院皮膚科主任醫師王淑琴介紹，進入冬季以後，腳臭的患者有所增多，不但患者臭腳本身受到困擾，有時也會影響周邊的人，嚴重時還會增加患者的心理負擔。

“腳臭是許多人的困擾，尤其是足部多汗症患者，腳臭的現腳臭剋星象更嚴重。”王淑琴介紹，除足部真菌感染外，大部分腳臭是足部的細菌造成的，目前已知表皮葡萄球菌和枯草桿菌與腳臭有關，其中表皮葡萄球菌是皮膚正常狀態下就存在的細菌，此菌會分解汗液中的白胺酸除臭方法產生異戊酸，造成特殊的臭味。對於腳臭的治療，可以使用止汗劑、電療機、肉毒桿菌素注射等方式，其中肉毒素注射每次只能管半年，也不是一個根治的方法；還可以每天用肥皂洗腳至少一次，降低足除臭鞋墊部附著的菌落量，可輔以殺菌劑，例如酒精、硫磺藥水等，但需在專科醫生的指導下進行，可抑制細菌滋生，改善腳臭；在鞋子與足部噴灑檸檬醛可減少異戊酸的產生.

菌較不易在乾燥的皮膚表面生長，在足部灑上爽身粉有助保持健康襪雙足乾爽；應注意鞋襪的透氣性，讓足部的皮膚得以呼吸；要確保鞋子大小適中和多讓雙足得到休息，因為足部過分受壓可加劇流汗；襪子應潔淨，並以棉、羊毛或其它吸濕物料製成，不穿尼龍質料的襪子，必五指襪要時應經常更換襪子以保持雙足乾爽；鞋應以真皮、帆布或其它透氣物料製成，不穿塑料鞋，不要連續兩天穿同一雙鞋子。

襪子無骨是什麼意思？什麼是無骨縫合？

無骨縫合只是一種新提法,就是對目縫頭的襪子.但是無骨縫合穿著舒服是確實的.

先普及一下襪子織造的常識哈.
襪子從機器上下來,是開口的,斯傑利象袖套一樣,然後去縫頭,就是把一端縫起來,成一個口袋狀,襪子的雛形就來了.然後去定型,就是相當於整燙,用專用的襪板和定型機,把襪子燙平,打上商標,就可以上市賣了.

你說的無骨縫合,就是上面說的,機器織下來後,縫頭,就是把一端縫住的時候,的一種工藝.

縫頭一般有兩種方法,一種叫拷頭,一種叫對目縫頭.

拷頭速度快,拷頭機是圓的,象縫紉機一樣,把襪子塞進去,就自動把一頭縫住了.竹炭襪產量高.但是縫住的地方會有一根筋一樣的突起,因為兩層佈在這裡是重疊的.穿在腳上是在腳麵指頭的根部位置,有點咯腳.
話說回來,新式的拷頭機也可以縫的比較薄,但畢竟和對目縫頭有區別.

對目縫頭,倒是一種古老的方法.純粹靠人工的,速度比較慢,S+Z對員工要求也高.對目縫頭機的樣子和拷頭機差不多,也是圓盤的,但是,襪子塞進去縫的時候,要求員工每一針都對齊,然後把多餘的線頭拉掉,這樣縫合後,基本看不出來縫合的痕跡,兩層布沒有重疊的地方,是對接的,連成一片的.沒有了縫合一根筋,穿在腳上感覺不到縫合過,當然就舒服.另外,縫合的位置也是在腳麵的指頭根部.

簡單點說,對目縫頭就有點像汽車上激光焊接,連成一塊鋼板了,拷頭就是點焊,防臭襪有接頭.但是激光焊接是先進工藝,對目縫頭就不是了,完全是靠人工.對目縫頭的員工,一般都是18-22歲的年輕女孩,年齡大了眼睛就看不清了,沒對準,錯開一針就容易有洞,出次品.現在咱們國家,幹這行的人也越來越少了,將來遲早是要被拷頭的機器取代的.
但是現在又發明了自動對目縫頭的襪機,這又是題外話.
