昨天剪了一頭短髮以方便手術後的頸部護理。今日下午與曦曦去了馬灣的沙灘玩沙。天氣稍涼，我們不打算游泳，但係曦曦仍堅持要換泳裝。秋天的涼意很是舒暢，我們堆砌沙丘及拾石頭砌城堡，不亦樂乎。不到六時天已漸黑，是要離開的時候，玩得很高興的曦曦當然是不大願意。

Yesterday,I have hair cut for easy cleaning after operation. I went to beach with hei hei this afternoon. The weather was fairly cooler and suitable for going there. We did not plan to swim but Hei hei insisted to wear the swimming suit.  We play on the beach and making the sands pitches. About 6:00 pm, the weather turned dark and we should leave. Of course, naughty hei was not eager to leave.

今早還是在辦公室內忙於交低工作給同事，雖然我想三至四星期可以返來。下午去醫院辦入院手續，在病房內等侯見痳醉和陳慶生醫生。陳醫生是負責替我做手術的，我對他是很有信心。四時多便可回家“渡假”至星期一早上回來等入手術室。

So busy this morning because I have to pass my jobs and work to my colleagues to follow before I take the sick leave for the operation.  In the afternoon, I entered the hospital and waited for the anaesthesist. I met Dr. Chan Hing Sang also. Dr. Chan is the chief doctor for my operation. I have much confidence on him.  About 4:30, I could be back home and re-enter the hopsital next Monday morning.

這兩天天氣非常悶熱，在街上如像走進焗爐似的，氣溫多達36度，因為颱風今日就快到了 。收到威院電話，告知安排下星期一動手術，須要本星期五入院與痳醉師見面及傾討有關手術的所知，作手術前準備。雖然這是一項大手術，反而沒有多大的驚恐，比起上年知道要做電療及化療的心境還是比較平靜。與他人談及此事都是用一個平常心對待及表達，因為我深信經過這手術後，我便可與這個病道別了。

下午掛著三號風球至4時多知悉於6時前會轉掛8號，所以大家都準備收拾趕快回家。5時前辦公室也人去樓空了。

The weather of these two days were very hot and windless, the degree rised to 36 degrees.  Because there was a typhoon coming.  Received call from PWH that they arrange me for the operation next Monday and I should go to hospital coming Friday to meet the anaesthesist and be informed the procedure of the operation, so as for any preparation before that.  Although this is a big operation, I was not scared.  I felt more calm than comparing with last year when radiotheraphy and chemotheraphy. When I talked with other about this, I was very pleased to tell them I would be brave to face it.  As far as I believe deeply that after the operation next week, the illness will  never come with me.

The typhoon no.3 is hanging until later afternoon. After we noted that No.8 will hang up before 6:00 pm, my colleagues pack up the work and ready to leave. Before 5:00 pm, all of us left the office.
