昨天8時就到達法國醫院接受電腦掃瞄，雖然舊年曾經做過，但今次的有所不同。那些靜脈注射的顯影葯水令到的全身由頭到腳發熱 ，像是想爆炸似的。而且因為要清楚掃瞄頸部，要將頭頸仰向後，令鏡頭可掃瞄大部份，頸部很累，感到腦漲及有點想嘔。幸好這個動作只是維持十分鍾，不然可能會暈厥。全掃瞄過程只是三十分鐘，順利。

曦曦已返九龍塘的幼稚園K1，穿起潔白校服，十分醒目呢。怎看也不像一個三歲的小孩。

Yesterday, I have had a CT scan at St. Teresa Hospital.  The difficulty of the scan is that I have to raise my neck and head back, holding ten minutes.  I felt very dazed and seemed a lot of heating was filled up my brain. Like a boom to be exploded. After the scan, my neck was very tired and felt to spew.  The total scanning time was about 30 minutes and it ran smoothly. Will get the result coming Wed.

Hei hei starts his kindergarten schoolife last Thu. He was very smart wearing the white shirt and trousers.  His look was not believeable to be a 3-year old child.

今日去耳鼻喉的頭頸科見了一個外藉醫生，有一個姑娘在旁作翻譯。外籍醫生的診斷都是應為開刀是唯一的方法，不過須要再照一次電腦掃瞄確定腫瘤週邊的血管、淋巴腺的位置，以及是否非常接近大動脈。還要開會決定及計劃手術，為著節省時間輪侯，所以約了下星期一在法國醫院進行掃瞄。醫生接到報告會盡快安排手術。這是中型手術，所以陳醫生亦會加入參予。我現在不再驚恐了，而且有很多身邊凡朋友及親人給予關懷及鼓勵，反而須以平常心去面對，還是積極樂觀地去處理，我不是一個人的。

I went to see a western doctor at the Eye, Nose & Throat dept. (Head & Neck section) this morning.  A nurse sit beside him for the translation, if necessary.  The doctor's opinion on my case is that similar to those doctors talked to me previously.  An operation has to be taken.  He arranged me to take a Computer Technology (CT) scan for the blood pipe in detail to get the exact location of the tumour, before the operation can be taken.  In order to shorten the waiting time, The CT scan appointment can be arranged earlier on next Monday at St. Teresa Hospital.  After the results, Doctor Vlantis and Dr. Chan will discuss the operation and inform me the operation date in two weeks' time.  Now, I am not scared at all. Because I'm not alone, most of my friends and relatives are standing behind me.  Giving me encouragement and support.  I do feel so calm and let the case be a simple matter.

今早早餐只吃了很少，等了兩個多鍾頭還未見到許醫生，何姑娘說醫生巡病房，須要繼續等候。於是只好往耳鼻喉科，在等候期間，收到何姑娘電召，許醫生可先見我。忙碌地兩處走動已忘記了驚恐，剩下心急而已。掃瞄結果顯示頸內有一個約1厘米大的腫瘤，須要開刀切除。其實這腫瘤已於半年前的掃瞄中發現，當時還是半厘米，有可能是電療留下的傷患，未能確定是否腫瘤○因為長大了及病毒指數高企，有九成機會是癌腫瘤，未知是否中葯的影響，腫瘤的生長速度比較慢。所以星期四需往頭頸專科作較詳細診治及手術安排。聽罷也放下心頭的一大塊石，可幸沒有擴散到其他身體部位。不過這一刀應該是逃不掉。

I ate less in the breakfast.  Waiting almost 2 hours but still not meet Dr. Hui.  Nurse Ho said he has to finish to visit the wards first, so we still wait.  In spite of this, I went to Eye, Nose & Throat and see if the doctor could meet me before Dr. Hui.  When waiting, Nurse Ho called me and Dr. Hui is willing to meet me prior.  Perhaps so rush for the two places, the scarey disapppeared and hurry was in place.  Dr. Hui told me the scan results showing there is a 1cm size tumour in my neck.  An operation should be done to get rid of that.  Actually, this tumour has been found in the previous PET scan half-a-year ago when it was 0.5cm in size. It was not diagnois because it may be a wound from the RT. Maybe the effect from the chinese medicine, the growth rate is small.  I was referred to the Head & Neck's diplomat on coming thursday where the doctor will examine my case and arrange the operation.  I was so loosen as it is just as well the cancer cells not spread throughout other organs.  But the operation is a must to do to save my life.
