今日早上回大學參加拍全能(四拍賽)的日子。雖然懷著陪跑的心態，昨晚竟有點兒緊張至少少失眠 ，尤幸醒來精神尚算不錯。9時半開始比賽，單循環賽要輪流對著三個女學生作四類拍賽，順序是乒乓球、羽毛球、壁球及網球。每個球賽打11分，大約20分鐘完成一項，而每項之間隔3分鐘包括場地與場地的路途。所以每項賽事都不是有太多時間休息，還要拿著幾個球拍到處走動，都已經很累了。結果最拿手的羽毛球亦只是拿到一場，而較為有信心的網球全敗給這三名校隊成員，反而較為少接觸的壁球在三場之中拿下兩場，而乒乓球更拿到全三場的勝利。在總場數及得分計算下，僥倖取得冠軍，當然是我意料之外。因為我只是抱著玩吓的心情，尤其在烈日當空之下站在燙熱的網球場上，未開始打已經差點晒暈，第二場已想放棄退出，想起了“體育精神”四字在腦中，只好堅持下去，盡量拿取多點分數。不致對其他項目分數拉低。

賽事在三時半頒獎，回家已四時多了，稍事休息又在出門去參與雯雯的慶祝晚飯。晚飯在西貢的遊艇會會所，到埗的時候未到7時剛好太陽還未下去，還可在優美舒適與及寧靜的遊艇境下拍照。

This morning I went back to CUHK for the Racketlon. Although I keep the mood and attitude to just a player not a competitor, I still slept slightly bad yesterday night. At better, I felt just as well when I woke up. The rackethlon started at 9:30 am and the event sequence is table-tennis, badminton, squash and tennis. I have to play against 3 oponents (female students) for each of the four events to gain 11 points as the winner of each round.  About 20 minutes to finish each event, and we have to go to the next court in 3 minutes to start the next. So, it was very 'busy' and fatigue with holding the rackets as well. As a result, I lost all 3 games in tennis to those 3 tennis skilful players although I was confident before.  Accidentally, lost 2 games in my most skilful event-badminton.  It was strange that I gained all 3 games in table-tennis and 2 games in squash.  After the calculation of total marks, I got the Champion in a piece of luck. 

The reason that I lost the tennis events is I couldn't act on any activities under the extremely sunny weather.  When I stood at the court, I felt nearly dizzying and wanted to give up the event. At last, in the light of the sport spirit, I insisted to continue to the end. And to gain more points in order to subsidize the losting games.

The rackethlon ended at 3:30 pm by the award ceremony. I back home at about 4:00 pm and take a short rest, then started to go for Cheuk Dick Man's celebration of graduation dinner at Sai Kung Yacht Club.  We arrived there before 7:00 pm and fortunately, we have the chance to take photos in front of the beautifuly and calm scenery with yachts as background.

有喜事不是指我有喜， 而是恭喜雯雯剛完成了學位課程，真是可喜可賀。我想最高興的還是她媽媽，等到頸長至等到這事發生了，還主動地約同家人本星期六一同為此慶祝。

剛收到星期六四拍賽的抽籤結果，知道女子組只有四人參加，可於上午完成所有賽事。下星期一要交公大的功課了，我已用了差不多一個月時間在這份複雜的功課上，這兩天要加怏步伐埋首完成。雖然如此，但昨晚仍抽空到球場練習網球，舒展一吓筋骨，亦可復習生疏的球技。可能因為很久沒有打網球，經過昨晚的勞累，睡覺後竟然沒有如常般半夜口乾而醒過來，很久未試過可一覺睡至天亮，可是今早醒來喉嚨就極度乾涸到有點痛呢。

四川地震的拯救行動仍然繼續，而香港脤災的籌款還正在進行，相信絕一部份香港人都已伸出援手募捐了，當然我也義不容辭。今晚要上導修課三個鐘，導師會主講新課題，而我因為只忙於功課至未有時間開始參詳新課題，希望我會很快趕緊追隨，緊貼課程的編排。幸好，我有曦曦同我打氣呢

The glad tidings was not from me.  It's from Cheuk Dick Man because she obtained the Bachelor's degree recently.  Congratulations to her!  I reckon that the most happiest person is her mother. She wait this happiness for a long long time indeed.  Further, she would like to invite us to a celebration dinner coming weekend in Sai Kung.

Just noted the draw results for the Racketlon coming Saturday. There are 4 females to join the female group (including me).  The activity seems to end before lunch time.  My assignment should be passed to tutor by next Monday latest. I have spent nearly a month to do that.  The round up completion will be due these two days as fast as I can.  As the fact that,  I spent time to practise my tennis game. Not only for stretch out my bones, but also training my tennis skill which is to be not as close as before.  Despite of this, I was sored and slept very well without wake up during mid-night.  I have had this experience long time ago, however, my throat was rarely dry when I wake up this morning and painful as well.

The rescue action of Sichuan earthquake is still in progress.  The raising fund activities in HK are still carrying out.  It is believable that most of the HK people have extended their sympathy and enthusiatic warm heartedness. To have an unshirkable duty, I donate money.

Will attend a 3-hour tutorial tonight. Chu Sir will introduce the new topic. However, I spent much time on the assignment and less time to study the said topic. I hope I can catch the steps to match the course schedule at the end. Fortunately, Hei hei is showing the encouragement to me.

去了東京5天的曦曦已回來了。這次的旅遊曦曦媽買了很多反斗車王McQueen及Thomas的東西給他 。翻看DVD，無論停留那處，都有適合曦曦遊樂的，最開心當然是他了。我還收到她們幾份的手信，好像是我也有去東京shopping呢。其中收到毛毛送的廸士尼25週年出產的樽裝可口可樂很特別，還有我喜愛的Hello Kitty筆，多謝晒！

Hei hei was back from Tokyo.  His mother bought him a lot of stuffs among the McQueen (the actor of car racing) and Thomas.  He, of course, was the happiest one during the trip.  When watching the DVD at his home, he showed me his 'captures'.  This time the trip was very suitable for him as he could played at everywhere he'd been.  I received some souvenirs from them and among them, the most special is the coca cola produced by the DisneySea where they celebrate the 25th birthday.  The quantity of souvenirs seemed to that I have also with them to Tokyo.  Further, I also have a hello kitty pen. Thank you very much indeed!
