很快又一年，不經不覺我這個癌病朋友也到訪了四個年頭，時間的飛怏好像是昨天的事。自那年開始，每年的願望都是希望我自己及身邊各人都擁有健健康康的一年。這個新年願望比任何也來得切切實實。

今午與曦曦及曦曦媽參加了在女青年會內舉行的元旦親子嘉年華。在女青的會堂內有十多種攤位遊戲及曦曦至愛的吹氣彈彈床，還有兒童玩具及食品售賣。2時半離開嘉年華會場趕回青衣看電影"毛百萬"，3D電影現在十分很流行，無論是動畫或是普通電影，都可帶上立體眼睛欣賞那3D效果，而戲票價錢就要貴幾十元，現在看一場戲也不便宜呢。元旦的天氣寒冷了，然然穿得像一隻糉啊。

Time goes quickly again.... again.... My "cancer" friend has visited me for 4 years.  It seemed the matter of yesterday.  Since that year, my new year wish is hoping that me and everyone besides and behind me have a healthy year. This wish is the best of all of us.

Joined a carnival with Hei hei at Womam Youth Association in Yau Ma tei this afternoon.  Inside the association hall, more than 10 stalls of different games for children, including mini bowling, mini basketball, making paper works, etc.  Also, there are stalls selling children toys and food.  After the carnival, we went to Tsing Yi to watch the 3D film "Megamind". Now, the 3D films are very popular. The 3D techniques not only put on animation but also on other kinds of films. However, as such techniques, we have to pay more for the ticket.  So, it quite expensive for watch a 3D film.  Today the weather is cold, Yin yin wore more clothes likes a fat ping!

今天是除夕: 2010年最後一天。這麼快又一年了，剛收到一個中大波友的死訊，雖然生命不盡由我們去控制，但我也希望來年身邊的各方好友、同事、親人都擁有健康的身體，珍惜陪伴親朋戚友。

今日看完中醫後，和曦曦去了數碼港的小鹿高比聖誕嘉年華。那裡有室內的攤位遊戲及室外的彈跳樂園，還有魔術及雜技表演等，曦曦當然很開心及盡情玩啦。

Today is the New Year Eve. The 2010 year is almost past.  Just known the death of a badminton player of CUHK. Although the life is not controlled and estimated, I still wish all of my friends, colleagues, relatives have a healthy year of 2011.

After the chinese practitioner appointment, I went to Cyberport with Hei where there is a Christmas Funland was held.  There are many fun fairs games and outdoor bouncing fun. Hei hei is very happy and enjoyable.

十二個星期真是過得很快，今早又見許斌醫生覆診的日子。今日又是等了兩句多鐘才可見到許醫生。驗血報告顯示EBV-DNA病毒指數是76，雖然比上次高了，但都是低及安全的水平。而血糖指數是4.4 (空腹), 正常水平。膽固醇總水平是5.6，好膽固醇HDL是1.6 (遠高於正常的0.9)，三酸甘油脂是0.8(亦是遠低於正常的1.7)，成績相當不錯呢。

午餐後已差不多2時，買了飛同曦曦欣賞"小人國大歷險"電影，還想同然然玩樂一會，便趕快去青衣了。今日的晚餐在UCC Cafe.

Today is the medical appointment  day. After 12 weeks time, I go to hospital to meet Dr. Hui Pun.  Waiting about 2 and half hours, Dr. Hui was availed to meet.  The blood test resulted that my EBV-DNA index is 76, a little bit more than previous times, however it still on the normal level.  The glycemic index is 4.4. (normal level). The total cholesterol is 5.6, the HDL  is 1.6 (more higher than the normal index 0.9). The Triglycerides index is 0.8 (more lower than the normal index 1.7). The result overall is good.

After the appointment and lunch, I went to Tsing Yi to meet Hei and Yin. I brought Hei hei to watch the film "Gulliver's Travel". Dinner at UCC cafe.
