三個月很快地過去，今早又是懷著緊張的心情到醫院覆診，看看上星期抽血報告。今天許醫生換了診室，比較平時，等待的時候短了。坐下的第一句就是醫生告訴的EBV DNA驗血指數，結果是 "零"。又是再一次的驚喜，即是有點想哭的感覺。 之後的時間都是在與許醫生閒聊著新的威院大樓，看來醫生心情蠻不錯呢!

知道了這個大好消息後，可以計劃出外旅遊的行程了。

3 months pasts quickly. Today is the check-up day. I was very nervous because the blood result will be disclosed by Dr. Hui. The blood test was important to me.  Although there were many patients waiting for the doctors, Dr. Hui called me in a short time.  After seating, the 1st thing he said was telling me the EBV DNA disease index was ZERO.  It was surprised again....  Then, Dr. Hui has nothing about to talk and inform me to re-book the check-up date in 3 months time later. Also, I guess he is also happy today so he chat with me freely. By knowing this good news, I can plan my Singapore trip in coming Dec.

今午與曦曦及然然兄弟去了新開放的青衣東北公園遊玩。這個剛開放才一個月左右的公園設施齊備，敞大面積除了有足、藍球場外，還有緩跑徑及單車徑、休憩公園和小朋友遊樂場。我們從曦曦家沿著海濱長廊推著bb車上的然然漫步20多分鐘到達。正是太陽剛下的時候，還有陣陣涼意。曦曦當然是最開心的 一個，在單車徑上飛馳，又可蕩钎鍬。回家的時候太已下了山，在漆黑的環境下，然然也睡著了。

oday Hei Hei led me to a new amusement park in Tsing Yi.  The park was behind the Cheung Fat Estate and was newly built  with bicycle path, children's slide, basketball courts and football pitch... We began by walking along the path of the sea between Tsuen Wan and Tsing Yi.  The sun was setting down and the weather was so comfortable for walking. After walking 20 minutes, we arrived the Tsing Yi  East Northern park.  Hei hei rode his bicycle and enjoyed playing the slides as well.

Yin yin was fell asleep when we started to leave the park.

今午與曦曦去了馬灣沙灘玩沙，這是我們與他第三次到此。沙灘不是很闊，但不大擠擁，而且下午是背著太陽，不會晒到。海灘還是在青馬橋下，風景怡人。這天還有陣陣涼風，不是吹起地上的沙粒。 曦曦換了泳衣，可是海水不太乾淨及水溫不高，為免著涼，不游為妙。

我們在堆沙丘及傾談之際，不時有膠飛碟撲過來，為免有何損傷，在天黑前離開了。

This afternoon, we went to Ma Wan beach with Hei hei. This was the 3rd times we visited there. The 1st time is 4 years ago when Hei was 1 years old.  This beach was not so broad but the view was beautiful, under the Tsing Ma Bridge. The sunset was behind us so it is not shiny, in addition to the wind, made us comfortable.  Hei hei wanted to swim however the water was so dirty and the weather was so cold. So he was not admitted to do so.

We played the sand and made different fortresses. Until the sky was dark, we left.
