昨天才收到一個好消息，今天卻收到一個極壞消息，日本東北部發生8.9級地震, 引發不可收拾的海嘯。據當地的報導和新聞片段，這個有史以來匈猛的地震海嘯，已令數量無法預計的日本人通失家園 甚至家人，也令日本這個經濟發展穩定的國家，幾十分鐘之內一敗塗地。這事確令我們感到無奈及傷痛，在天災之下，人類是何等渺小，生命是何等脆弱。看著大海海水沖倒著數以萬計的房屋，船隻，家和家人就轉眼間消失了，相比我的病況，他們還是悲慘得多。

希望往下來的日子，死傷人數不要再有增長了。日本人: 你們快點振作起來，為重健家園而努力。

Yesterday, I just deliver a good news (my cancer index came to 'zero'), however, today recevied a very bad news. A 8.9 level earth quake happened in the North-east region of Japan.  Sandei City was the worst zone which 'attacked' by the tsunami caused by the earthquake.  Between half an hour, most of the Sendai citizen lost their home and families.  It was very upset and uncomfortable to hear this news through the TV video.  When saw the sea water overcame the houses, all of the things on the land was damaged totally.  Compared with my illness, this disaster was more and more distressed.

I hope in the very near future, the Japan country can grow up very fast, the japanese will work more and more hard to build up their home.

今早10時到威院見許醫生, 看上星期抽血驗EBV DNA指數的結果。因為等候需時，本想暫時離開去餐廳之際，許醫師就召見我了，這時才是10時20分。入了診室，未待醫生說出，我已看到枱上的報告顯示數字是'零'了。我當然很高興，醫生好像已很有信心知道結果，反而沒有多大的反應。

因為今天這個好消息，停學了三年的公開大學課程，原本害怕身體應付不來，現可再延續了。

今午與幾個中學同學茶聚，地點選在iSquare上層的一間順德酒家。酒家的環境是十分好，因為位置高，而我們的枱是靠近窗，可看到對岸中環的景色，可惜近日天氣灰濛，未能看到一幅美圖。下午看完中醫去了位元樓黃家的例行晚飯，碰巧明天是詠詠的生日，在酒店買了一個蛋榚送贈。
