今晚欣賞了容祖兒演唱會。在8時45分才出場的她，一輪勁歌熱舞下，已喘氣地講話，更以性感舞衣觸動歌迷。可是她的聲線有點兒沙啞，去到高音部份還差點兒走音，只勉強用較低的音調繼續唱下去。不過舞蹈方面非常精彩，舞台雖小，但變化多，尤其以吹氣的廿吹巨型雙腿放在台上，很有妖惹味道。演唱會在11時十五分完場了。雖然好似比較短, 不過明天要返工，回家都不是太晚。

Tonight, watch Joey Yung's concert. The show started at 8:45 pm. Joey danced for half an hour and a little bit difficult to speak. She dressed very sexy and the dancing was also sexy feel.  Her voice was not in good condition so some songs's key has been lowered.  However, the dancing parts were very exciting and wonderful.  The stage was also presented a good show, because a lot of changes in the slopes and holes.  There was also a 20 feet high balloon shaped like a pair of red colour legs with high heels.  The show ended at 11:15 pm. Although it was short, I satisfied it because I would go home not too night.

今個星期可算是比較忙碌的一週，星期一早上到威院外科覆診，上星期做的電腦掃瞄報告顯示肝臟正常，手術後沒有可疑癌腫發現，可安心下月初去星加玻了。看完醫生回辦公室開始本週的工作，因為我要參與籌備畢業禮的工作，這是一個既大型又繁重的項目，須要分配很多的工作分野，聯絡很多工作人員及學生幫忙，還要統籌rehearsal，是多麼忙碌。不過，忙吓忙吓又到星期五，明天可將工作放下，享受假期，同可愛的然然玩了。

剛找回曦曦六個月大時的照片，看來曦曦確是較現在九個月大的然然還要健碩噃。

今天下午大約兩點半感覺到坐著的椅在輕微震動幾秒，在旁的同事門也感受到，相信是地震引起。

This week is a busy week. Monday morning, went to PWH to read the liver CT scan report. No special findings from the liver, said by Dr. Lee, Surgery doctor.  It was glad that I can visit Singapore in a happy mood la. This week, busy on the coordinating the graduation ceremony and arranging the manpower for the event. It also requires rehearsal and it was recognized as a big event. BTW, after today, weekend holidays coming. I can meet Yin yin again.

Found the old photos of Hei hei, when he was 6 months old. He was fatter than yin yin although yin is nine months old.

The chair was vibrated for a few seconds at about 2:30 pm today. My collegues also felt that.  I think it is earth quake.

 苦與樂

一位太太到中醫那裡求診，她已經多日輾轉無眠，茶飯不思，身體日漸消瘦…. 中醫給她把過脈，觀過舌象，便說：「你心中有太多的苦惱事，體有虛火，並無大病。」那太太聽了如遇知音，於是便傾訴心中的種種煩惱。

中醫師又問起她的另外一些情況：「丈夫對你感情如何?」太太臉上有了笑容說，「他很疼愛，結婚十週年從未吵架。」中醫又問:「是否有孩子？」太太即時閃出光彩笑容說；「有個女兒，很聰明，也很懂事。」中醫邊問邊寫，然後把寫滿字的兩張紙放到太太面前，一張寫著她的煩惱事，一張寫著她的快樂事，對太太說：「這兩張就是治病的葯方，你把煩惱事看得太重了，忽視了身邊的快樂。」說著，中醫從徒弟取來一盆水和一隻豬苦膽。只見她把膽汁滴入水盆中，那濃濃綠色的膽汁在水中淡開，很快便不見了蹤影。中醫說：「膽汁入水，苦味變淡，人生亦是如此啊。」

所以我們該領略到: 人生路上，我們有時過份重視生活中的挫折與苦惱。其實生活中的樂趣和喜悅亦比比皆是。如果能用快樂之水沖淡苦味，那樣日子會過得更稱心滿意。
