系今日既下午,我過著一個非凡的時光!
有睇開我blog既朋友就知道,今日系我既第一次mma 訓練

首先,呢到就系我以後訓練既地方。講真,睇上去好細= =,但香港樓價貴....香港人的悲哀
系外面睇真系有拳館既特色@@,尤其系個拳手! 個拳手將間拳館神聖化。 ORZ

之後,上到距入左我既『課室』。我都估唔到有甘大....
如你見,地面鋪灑軟膠蔗。可以除鞋玩,超舒服......
基本既野上面都有,繩·健身球·boxing台 等等.... 所有mma既訓練工具都齊...
因為館內有埋巴西柔術學,所以你見到會有巴西國旗『以表示尊重
之後就開始做熱身......{熱身介紹免喇! 大家都知系點

熱身之後教練要求我地做d基本體能訓練,做到我條頸好累
方法同摔角好似,不過摔角辛苦好多

今日學左3個鎖技,比以前我系摔角學到既完全唔同,比摔角鎖技更實用`更不用注重姿勢。

而個鎖好容易就可以制服對手,要對手tap out 直接鎖斷距隻手就得。

影唔清楚...抱歉。。 。 用法系推對手落地,之後鎖距。而個好容易比對手走到,唔太實用

我第一次學,要d技術。不過我既同輩都好樂意教我,多謝灑 !

訓練完後我先發覺開心既時光過得好快 = =
我只系做左d體能訓練,學左三個鎖技就過左兩個鐘....
光陰似箭吖 ,尤其系快樂既光陰...

最後,我講下我自己既感想,其實我覺得學mma唔一定要用殺人全家既心態去打 。
我系學mma既時候好感受到彼此之間既友誼,就算會痛·會傷,大家都系有講有笑。一齊認真訓練,一齊玩 。
比賽固然系要鬥心,但系唔好忘記mma都系一個格鬥表演。其實系擂台背後,拳手與拳手都可以做好朋友。
所以,大家唔好比《激戰》誤會! mma唔系要殺人,而系拳手與拳手之間既交流,你玩過就明
