原來 CPG 唔係唔比 HK hold the universal suffrage..- -;

problems:

1) the CPG do not allow HKSAR to hold the universal suffrage.

suggestion: 1) the CPG may think HK will like Taiwai, become a independent city and

                        do not control by the CPG later. So, HKSAR should prove that she

                       will not be independent and control by the CPG. Half of the vote can

                        belong to the HKSAR permanient resident, and the other half of it can

                        belong to the CPG, that means the CPG still have power to control HKSAR.
