今天是入冬以來最凍的一天，市區只有7.7度，我家在新界更是冷得要命。早上還要回醫院外科覆診，等到一點才見到黃創醫生。黃醫生告知手術後肝酵素在下降，顯示肝臟功能亦逐漸恢復正常。然而，切除出來的部份肝臟，証實有鼻咽癌的細胞，手術也將之徹底消滅。聽罷都暫且放下心頭大石，又過了一關。病假至三月五日

離開醫院，去青衣會合曦曦午膳，往後本打算看曦曦心儀的"公主與青蛙"，可惜買不到票，要留待下星期了。

Today is the coldest day of this winter. The lowest degree showed 7.7.  I have to go PWH to meet the sugery doctor to post-checkup the condition after the operation.  Dr. John Wong told me that my liver index (which indicates the liver function) was dropped and meant that the liver function resumes normal.  However, the cutting part was found cancer cells inside. Doctor said all cancer cells together with the surroundings have been removed.  I was so comfortable and I felt I succeeded. He also granted me sick leave until 5 Mar.

After the medical appointment, i went to Tsing Yi to have lunch with Hei hei. Actually, we intended to watch the film "Princess and the Frog" which Hei's favour. However, no ticket can be found at the time we like.  So, postpone to next week.

很久沒有入廚房煮食，單料與夫人到訪，趁機下廚弄幾碗我喜愛的日本稻庭烏冬，加些有機蔬菜，好味！跟著驅車前往曦曦家，晚飯於長發村的一間較新而且經濟的酒樓，單料爭著做波士。這樣又過了一天。
