今晚同曦曦去了廸士尼好萊活酒店自助餐。未到廸士尼站，曦曦已很雀躍，因為比約定時間早到了，要不停坐廸士尼烈車。上次來訪這酒店已是四年多前，樂園才剛開業不久，餐廳還是第一次光顧。到達時剛好是園內煙花發放的同時，可在餐廳內觀賞。餐廳怖置到處可看見米奇的蹤影。食物質素不錯，有些還有米奇的模樣。曦曦就最愛甜品及雪榚，吃得肚子脹脹的。

其時收到弟弟的電話，他的兒子剛出世了。真可喜。

Tonight, we have dinner buffet at Hollywood Hotel (Disneyland). We have visited this hotel since 2005 Christmas, however, this is the 1st time to have buffet there. When we arrived, we watched the firework in front of hotel. The food was delicious and the cafe decorations were full of Mickeys. Hei hei likes and ate a lot of desserts as well as two ice-cream cones. Made the stomach very full.

While leaving, received the call from my brother and be informed that his son just came to this world. Yeh!

今日見了肝腫瘤科的顧問李醫生，李醫生安排我下午作一個檢驗肝功能的測試，才可安排手術日期。下午入院，測試亦合格，手術可於二至三星期內進行。已變得痳木的我，也不大聽清楚醫生的說話，心裡又再出現疑惑：是否過了這次手術，真正會痊癒嗎？西醫方面，手術暫時是唯一方法。而且相信我的體力情況會很快復原過來。心裡面又再矛盾，因為每一次做什麼治療前，醫生都是講同一樣的說話，都聽到厭了。話雖如此，難道會就此放棄嗎？三年時間不停在抗癌，到此時當時仍要奮力到底。因為我知道身邊有好多人在支持我，不能就此放棄。

Today, meet the liver specialist, Dr. Lee. After the consultation, he recommended me to have a test to examine the health level of liver whether suitable for large operation.  On medical side, this is the only method to remove the cancer.  Test was done afternoon at the ward and I passed. The operation will be arranged within 2-3 weeks which Dr. Lee will call me to confirm the date.  I was so misted and raised a question: Will I be recover at all?  Doctor always tell me I will be recovered after each remedy. However, results told me "No". I was so confusing.   Nevertheless, I never give up because there are a lot of supporters behind me to advocate me. I can't disappoint them.

今早到威院見許醫生，上星期的驗血報告顯示EBV DNA病毒指素繼續上升，由1736至2875。而許醫生亦同其他醫生開會討論了，基於指素上升及正電子掃瞄的發現，有充足理據認為在肝內的陰影是很強的癌細胞。初步建議做切除手術，不過轉介我明天去見肝臟腫瘤外科醫生，由專家決定。如果成事，應該已訂了的機票和酒店於農歷年的台灣遊也不能成行了。

Today, went to PWH to see Dr. Hui for last week's blood test. The results showed that the EBV DNA disease index is rising from 1736 to 2875.  Because of that and which the PET scan has remarked,  Dr. Hui has a meeting with other consultants and concluded that I should be arranged to remove the "suspect" cancer cell in liver. Further, he referred me to meet the specialist in liver tomorrow, to see how and what to do finally.  I definitely assume the Taiwan tour during Lunar New Year would be cancelled.
