今早7時半起床，放了個半月的病假，還是不大想起來。加上今日天氣轉涼，更是懶洋洋的呢。今天回來辦公室，同事們都掛著笑容向我問候。坐在房內，有點不太習慣，不過當接手跟進工作的時候，很快就像是上了摩打般，重現往日的工作進度了。今日與同事午飯，細談我的身體狀況及手術的詳情，知道近來有某些同事或朋友身體都響起警跪。希望大家能多點注重身體的健康吧。
下午收到威院的電話，提到上星期的驗血報告有了結果，職員說醫生要就該報告而須將覆診日期由下月廿三日提早至本月廿五日。當然那職員是如常地說不知原因，我雖則心裡有數，寄望這個很難請走的朋友不要回來我身邊好了。剛收到曦曦星期日去大澳的照片，他戴上我送的米奇太陽眼鏡很是型格。
 
After one and a half months' sick leave, I back to office today. I woke up at 7:30 am but still want to stay at bed. When I entered into the general office, my colleagues all smiled to me to welcome me back. A lot of follow-up work passed by my colleague were placed on desk. I guess I need a week's time to 'digest'. Also, we have lunch to chat about my health conditions and noted that there are few colleagues who suffer illness. I wish all persons surrounding will have good health.
Received the call from hospital that told me the medical appointment in December 23 have to be advanced to November 25. The reason is that the blood test report has been delivered and doctor wanted to talk to me earlier. I guess the certainty that there is not a normal report. But I still hope that this 'friend' leave me far away.
