今午往威院覆診，是替我動手術的陳醫生接見。醫生說我的情況及傷口復原都很理想，只須勤力做頸部運動便可使之快點回復。醫生還說不用做電療及化療，因為必需要清除的都已給消滅了，八星期後覆診便是。病假到下星期二，星期三可以上班了。

今日下午和曦曦去了太平山頂行了一圈，天氣是很晴朗和有點兒風。我們從太陽照會到的另一方向開始，可避開晒暮來行，不用打傘及比較涼快。曦曦是很喜歡行山的，因為沿途都可遇到帶暮狗隻的行人，而他又可近距離接觸牠們。本來一個鐘的路程，加上中途休息和吹泡泡嬉戲，約用了兩小時完成。晚飯的時候，之前非常活躍的曦曦終於擋不了睡魔的呼喚了。

今天的行程不算辛苦，還是感到在點疲累。可能身體狀況還未回復正常水平，須要多點時間恢復過來。

We went to the Peak with Hei hei this afternoon. We started the walking from the direction which without sunshine.  We paid two hours throughout the walking with rest and bubbles playing, although the whole distance was in one-hour walking time.  There were a lot of dogs coming along that Hei could see them. The weather was quite good and cool.

Hei was falling asleep when we've dinner. I was so tired because I thought my health status was not recover at all.

很快一星期又過去了。剛過去的一星期不用回醫院覆診，在家中作息。閒來都會鍛鍊一吓氣功，以及上上網。
