昨天覆診，驗血報告顯示鼻咽癌EBV DNA指數是54，雖較上次高，但仍屬於正常水平內，醫生說不用擔心。可是感冒還未好起來。昨天所以沒有返工，今天覺得好了點就上班，波士見到我的狀態便叫我回家休息。下午回家了

Yesterday, went to PWH to meet Dr. Hui. He told me that the blood test for the examination of the EBV DNA (which causes my cancer), the index is 54, higher than previous time (0). However, it still in the normal level. Don't worry about that.  My fever has still suffered me. So I have not back to office yesterday. This morning, I feel better and back to office.  My boss saw my pale face and told me to back home.

昨天同曦曦去了會所玩耍，想起來自從然然出世後，已經幾個月沒有跟他到會所玩。我們一玩便是一句鐘，可能因為很久沒有爬高爬低，玩完已覺很累很累。回家後就盡早上床睡覺了，不過今朝醒來時，全身的骨頭好像要分開似的，十分疲累，是不大願起床。拖著慢慢的身軀回到工作崗位，情況還是不大好，只好去看校醫及回家休息。

Yesterday went to clubhouse with Hei hei. We have not gone there for a few months since Yin Yin was born.  Perhaps I have not played with him for a long time. I felt sore and extremely tired on the bones after playing an hour.  So, go to bed as early as I can yesterday night.  However, difficult to wake up this morning because the body was felt so tired and also felt cold.  So, I can't wait and go back home in the afternoon.

自踏入七月，沒有一天是低過30度，猛烈的太陽真是將我們融掉了。今晚約了港大的幾個舊同事晚飯聚聚，Apple還挺著大肚子出來見面，聽闖還有兩個月左右就生得，希望下次見面可以跟她的小寶貝見面。

Start from July, the weather was extremely hot, there was over 30 degree every day. We nearly smelt out under such a mild summer.  Tonight, I have had a dinner appointment with the former colleagues of HKU.  Here, Apple is pregnant and her baby will be born in sept.  Hope to meet her next time together with her new born baby. congratulations.
