今日是六月份第一日，但係夏天的炎熱還似是未到。早上和晚間的氣溫還是廿多度，還有點涼意，如果整個夏天都是這個溫度就多好，個人希望有一個涼快的夏季。

因為波士和他的助理也放了假，我就成為他們的幫手，相信這幾星期的工作量也會增多。不過只是重拾以往的工作，沒有太大的難度與壓力，總比較閒著來得充實。

今日應Gadys到將軍澳翠林體育館打乒乓球及羽毛球，算是自一月手術後，重回球場。在幾小時的活動中，有足夠時候休息，又做足熱身運動及拉筋，所以都不覺得辛苦，或應付不來。雖然很久沒有拿起球拍打球，但是球技仍不是退步很多，只是氣力大不如前，相信多些練習，定可重拾昔日的水平。

Today, Gadys invited me to play table tennis and badminton at Tsueng Kwao O. Although the court was so far away from my home, I was very eager to play because there is a long time I have not played the ball games since the liver operation in Jan.  After the sufficient time to warm-up, I felt very good and can handle the games.  Although it was a long time I haven't play, my skills was still here! However, the energy is far below than that of previous time.  But I think if I continuously play, I can achieve the same level of that I was.

一覺醒來已是7時多，梳洗後，打電話比曦曦，原想喚醒他，料不到他已準備好可動身了。今早在酒店餐廳內自助餐，曦曦拿了一大碟食物，很快便吞下肚了。看著他吃飽後想睡的樣子，提議他返回酒店房內休息，可是最後還是選擇了再到溫泉池嬉戲。11時集合離開，2個小時多車程到達堔圳，午飯後去了農民博物館，接著便在羅湖解散了。

兩天的行程雖沒有多處地方遊覽，算是比較悠閒。

This is the 2nd day of the Wai Chau tour. After woke up, I phone Hei and see if he has waken up. Surprisingly, he has already dressed up and we went to western restaurant of the hotel for buffet breakfast. Hei has taken a big dish of food and finished in a very fast way.  After the breakfast, he was fell asleep. it's because he woke up at 6:30 am this morning. When we suggested him to take a rest before we leave hotel, he insisted to go spring ponds. So, we did. The weather was good and suitable for us to play in a warm spring ponds. At 11:00 am we left the hotel and go to a museum to visit. After that, we dismissed at Lo Wu.
