今日放工後和幾個不同部門同事去了打保齡,上一次打保齡已是一年多前的事情了。可是球技未有太大的退步,只打了兩局,平均都有百多分一局是不錯,算是讓手腳伸展、伸展。不知是否"運動"了,晚飯竟可吞下一整碗白飯,近日都察覺胃口好了很多,難怪不斷在增磅。當然不會因此要走去減肥吧。
After work today, went to have bowling game with different departments colleagues. It has been over a year not playing bowling. However, the skill was not lowered. Since time is limited, only played two 10-balls games. It can enable me to stretch the arms and legs. After the game, felt very hungary and I could ate a full bowl of rice. Recently, I began eating more and the pounds is rising. It is normal and will not going to on diet.
