今日約同曦曦一同去了元朗Yoho Town，Wilson & Agnes 的家中探訪。上次到訪已是三年前的事了，曦曦還是首次來到新地方，起初還對Wilson & Agnes 有些怕羞，但係一點時間相處之後，已對他倆及他們的家完全熟絡下來，不時走出露台觀望。又替我們拍照，以他的小小年紀，技術也不錯。

We have paid a visit to Wilson & Agnes' home, Yoho Town today with Hei hei.  The last time we visited there is 3 years ago and Hei is the first time.  When Hei saw Wilson's couple, he felt shy. After playing for a while with them, they got along like friends. Also, hei kissed Agnes. Hei likes the balcony so much that he always went out for scenic sights.  He took photos for us too.  The photos quality were fairly good except he is a 2 and a half year old boy.

今早往廣華睇中醫的時候，遇到上年一同在威院做電療認識的病友。我們都說對方很精神抖擻，他比對患病前還胖了點。我們剛好是看同一中醫師，他已經不間斷地吃了半年中藥，覺得對身體的狀況有所提升。而馬醫師雖然對我說我的癌病是第四期，復發機會很高，希望藉著中藥可以幫助我提升機能及抵抗力去對抗。話雖如此，我是對自己的將來是充滿信心的，積極面對人生是我們的應有的基本態度。尤其看見可愛的曦曦撲向我跟前的時候，什麼不開心的事也會立刻拋諸腦後，不會多想了。

今晚黃詠瑜小妹妹在朗豪酒店請大家吃自助餐以慶祝生日及得到拔萃女校的取錄。大家開懷地吃很是高興，我還吃了很多我的至愛甜品呢。

I met a friend in the chinese medical hospital this morning. He started the radiotheraphy and chemotherapy at the same time as mine.  He got a little fatter. We said hello and greetings together. We met the same chinese pratictioner in the Kwong Wah hospital today.  He said he has eaten the chinese medicine half a year and felt his status was well improved and can eat a lot of food.  Although Dr. Ma said I have suffered the cancer at the 4 stage and the possibility it comes back is high, I really have confidence to fight it away and feel enthusiastic in the future.  To face the positive life is the basic rule of my whole life.  Particularly, when I see Hei hei going at my bosom, any unhappy will be forgotten.

We have had a buffet dinner at Langham Hotel this evening hosted by Amy Wong to celebrate her birthday and the admission by the Diocesan Girls' School.  The meal was delectable and happy at all. I ate much my favourite, different kinds of dessert.

今朝早要去醫院照掃瞄，掃瞄前是不可進食。幸好今日的過程很順利，於11時半已完成了。立即吃三文治同搭的士回辦公室，因為如果可於午飯前回去可省回半天假期。

今天早上天氣雖然稍冷，但係下午出了太陽又很和暖，頓時覺得羽絨褸成了'負累'。天文台說這些冷天氣仍然持續至下星期呢。今個冬天真太冷了。

I have gone to QE hospital for the PET scan this morning. It was restricted to eat before the scan procedures.  Fortunately, the scan was smoothly finished at about 11:30 am as I assumed.  I ate the sandwiches while taking the taxi to back to office.  I will save half day annual leave if I can be back to office before lunch time.

The weather was cold again today but it was so warm in the afternoon.  However, I wear my feather coat and found it too bulky when I went out for lunch.  According to the weather observatory, the cold weather will be extended along this week. We always say that HK has warm winter for years but this year gave us a really cold winter.
