Went to gym after work to attend the Step class (I have to lose weight - believe me, I really am very fat).  A lot of female creatures were there because of the COOL instructor. 

As always, the same set of music, same set of movement, and same group of people attending the class.  I'm not an expert but after attending the class for some time, you can follow every step without opening your eyes.  But still don't know why the same group of girls can "keep" their standard of not improving anything.  How can they do that?

Just like in show biz, instructors in gym do have fans.  The fans I see may attend every class of the instructor in that particular club, or will prepare the step / apparatus or everything for the instructor, or simply follow their "idol" to wherever club they have class.  If they want to please the instructor, why don't they excel their skill to attract his attention?

Sigh ... just wonder what their purpose is for going to gym.  To make themselves trendy (going gym is a must for trendy person), or they want to lose weight / keep fit (even if they are skinny enough) or simply like a fan following TWINS?  Wake up la - it's not easy to earn money ga~  If they have nowhere to spend the money, donate to charity la~

Watched "Date Movie" - as its Chinese name: a bad movie.  The name in Chinese categorizes itself as the series of "Scrary Movie" but in the love movie version because it's "copying" from other movies.  What made me think it's a bad movie because in contrary to "Shallow Hal", the girl attracts other guys because she went for a big surgery (it meants to make people laugh with the operation, but it's not funny at all - but a bit disgusting) to make herself beautiful.  It promotes superficiality.

Shallow Hal is something that tells people to understand and appreciate the beauty inside.  All the "beautiful" people in this movie were fat, short, not good looking (I'll never use ugly as it's a comparative term and nothing can be really "ugly" except people with evil mind).

If you have not watched this movie, you may reconsider whether it's worth watching.  Reconsider thoroughly ...

Pre-requisite of reading this "story"

- the knowledge of knowing how humid HK is during Spring time, espeically in eastern HK Island

OK.  The story was this morning I put all my laundry into the clothes drying machine (thanks TGC) because it was damn humid outside and my laundry will be wet forever if I leave them hanging there.  When the drying machine was working, I heard some strange noice inside.  I checked and found nothing so I just left it there.

Before I left home for work, my sis-in-law took out "something" and asked: Is this yours?  I found in the drying machine~!!!  I really wanted to jump for joy.

(1)  I found it so I can continue to use the internet service / no need to apply for a new one from HSBC

(2) The little coding machine is just ... GREAT.  How can such a little machine be tortured in the waching machine by water and the laundry powder, then resists the heat in the drying machine~

It is simply ... wonderful ...

I reported sick to office and now ... very sleepy ...

希望曾先生早日安息，冼先生早日康服。最最希望件事早日水落石出。阿門~

Sigh ... Read from Metro Daily that some readers wrote to comment about the movie ... again ...

As we always talk about the LOVE behind the story, that lady mentioned about "apart from the love there, we have to be careful about the sexual behavior / activities ..."

I don't want to say she is shallow but she really is.  LOVE is actually something spiritual, not physical (but of course, if it's available, the love will become a whole).  Every year, Ennis & Jack went to Brokeback Mountain just because of sex?  I don't think so.  "We have to see things in a deeper perspective".  We are mentioning something spiritual, not fucking all the time.  And that's why there is only 1 "bed scene" in the movie (I'd rather call it a "tend scene").  With her understanding to the movie, Brokeback Mountain should be a pornography as fucking is the main concern ...

I wonder if her husband wears a condom when fucking her ...

From time to time we may receive tests from our friends through e-mail (thanks the one who invented this electronic communication, and the ones who apply it in our daily life).  Here is one - I'm sure it's designed by some male creature:

I think this is a movie with 誠意.  First, take a look at the name of the movie: 天生一對.  It mentions something in pair.  Then, the English name:  "Two become one" which is also talking about the theme of the story.

The movie is very positive.  The Yeung knows that she has breast cancer at the very beginning, she faces it with courage.  She only thinks "she is unlucky".  Hey~!  in the middle of the movie she commits suicide only because of the betrayal of her ex, the work ... but Richie Ren and the Wong Man Wai enlighten her.  Wong said:  Charcoal is highly dangerous goods and the price would not increase.  Please make sure you get it only when you need it.  See ... it's so humurous ... Safe life.  Don't kill yourself.

Richie Ren also brings out positive thoughts to girls.  A man who really loves you would not mind you only have 1 breast.  Girls, take this message serious.  The man who get laid with you is not necessarily the one who loves you.  Be careful~

This is the part I like - when Yeung is on the operation table at the end of the movie, she thanks her left breast for accompanying her and will remember her.  So sweet ... she doesn't blame it for bringing the cancer to her.  After all, you body is always your best friend. 

The movie is not a really great one, but I like the message behind - BE POSITIVE.
