迪迪愛心blueberry cheese cake終…..於….成…..型……

Method :
1. 所有材料先放室溫解凍
2. 壓碎餅乾 → +cinnamon → +butter<<<butter不用煮溶 / 用熱水變軟….只用力將3樣野攪埋一堆
3. 舖好餅底 → 放雪櫃
4. Preheat焗爐180度
5. Cream cheese打至軟身 → + sugar打勻 <<<<其中將cream cheese刮回盆中....此step可以打得耐d….等d cream cheese變得很軟很滑的樣子
6. + sour cream <<<用low speed打勻….見好就收……會有泡泡出….
7. + eggs續隻打入 <<<egg發勻才加入….仍用low speed..不過見均就收…唔係會有好多泡泡
8. 篩入corn starch打勻 <<<此step開始用手打就ok
9. + lemon juice <<<可以唔攪住….加鮮窄juice時可以過一過濾…等佢唔好有檸檬肉….
10. + whipping cream <<<輕輕打均就ok…..因為已經變得好稀…唔駛點用力打
11. 將面糊過濾
12. 將一半面糊先+入模裡 → +blueberry<<<放你心水地方 → +另一半面糊<<<此時要小心….最好由邊落唔係就會將你裝心安排既blueberry沖晒去邊邊位….落完面糊可以用spoon攪返d blueberry返中間…
13. 入爐…180度焗30mins → 150度焗30mins<<<全程隔水焗…即係個cake座係係蒸架…下面放水
14. 待涼 → 放雪櫃
Tips:
1. 據聞想個cake軟身d的話….就用低d溫度…..想實d就用高溫焗……
2. 入爐時將爐架座底….面離上火較遠…..
3. 放雪櫃前可以先將一張kitchen paper蓋面…..可以吸水….
4. Blueberry filling做法:
Blueberry + 1/2 lemon<<<連皮帶汁 + sugar 25g → 細火煮 <<<其中試味隨喜好+ sugar
調好味後 → + corn starch<<<調成喜歡的杰度即可

….今次都算底讚…..餅底唔淋wor….食落仲係似返餅乾咁…..外圍都好細緻…..好smooth….甜度適中…..我諗減少d糖都ok…….最叻既係我連個面既漿都係自己煮….但偷左少少鷄…
..因為唔夠….都加左blackberry jam落去……不過返而唔會太甜又有d酸酸妹妹咁.....諗算是成功la掛……
