It's been quite a while that I didn't update my blog - after all, it's only my diary, so who cares?! But the fact was, I was busy commuting between home, office and hospital. I think this was the longest hospital stay for my mom - even longer than that she gave birth to any of us.
You wouldn't feel any fatique when you are doing something for the one you love, and that was how I felt when I rushed from office to hospital "feeding" my mom. Yes, feeding her literally. She refused to be fed by the nurses and health assistants but me. Well, to a certain extend, I felt good as I felt my importance to somebody but most important was that I could make sure that she was fed and not suffering from hunger, or even starving.
Thanks Gods she was discharged. I'm sure keeping a patient in hospital would only make her sicker - where else can there be having more germs than a hospital? I should have bargained with the doctor earlier so my mom can be discharged earlier.
Family = Father And Mother I Love You. Without Mother, it's not a family any more. |
